Information for ticket holders -

Arrive: Gates open 7.15pm. Patrons must arrive before gates close at 7.30pm- no admission after this time. 

 For your information, please note the following:

 - No wheel chair access available on these tours.

- Event will proceed in the case of light rain.

- In the event of wet weather and the tour is cancelled for safety reasons, the Gardens will post a message on the event ticketing page notifying of the cancellation. If there is no message posted on the page, please assume that the tour will proceed and make your way to the Gardens at the specified gate opening time. If the tour is cancelled, the Gardens will offer you an alternative date to participate in a future tour.
