Small food for big impact!

This is bite-sized gourmet finger food catering for a crowd. Learn how to make a range of small food items suitable for all occasions, using simple ingredients. Whether it's on sticks, in a bowl or on a platter, it's food preparation made easy, with great presentation ideas.

DRESS CODE:

Neat casual, with fully enclosed non slip shoes. Long hair tied back. Please bring a container to take your food home with you.
