Highly acclaimed Master, Cheong Liew, returns to Regency TAFE SA for a rare appearance in this class that will focus on Cheong’s beginnings and his rise to fame.
He will demonstrate his renowned signature dish, ‘Four Dances of the Sea’, along with red roasted snapper, leek fondue, shaved calamari with spring onion, and celery jus.
