Health and wellbeing legend Tim Robards will be down at Brisbane’s South Bank Parklands on Saturday, 29 February 2020 to help kick off a Live Better Morning, as part of the Medibank Feel Good Program.
Come and work up a sweat as Tim leads you through a free HIIT + mobility class from 7:00am -- suitable for all fitness levels. The class will be followed by a cooking demo at 9:00am, where Tim will prepare two healthy snack options and share his tips on the secret to eating healthy -- you’ll even get the chance to sample a delicious snack...or two!
Smiling Mind will also be there on the day if you’re looking to flex your mindfulness muscles -- with a guided meditation taking place at 7:45am.
No matter your fitness level or age, Medibank Live Better activities are open to all. So come along, and join Medibank in a fun, free wellness morning.
About the event:
The Medibank Live Better Morning is taking place in various locations around South Bank Parklands, Brisbane on Saturday, 29 February 2020. Bookings are not required, just head along with a water bottle and a towel and join in the fun.
About the Medibank Feel Good Program:
The Medibank Feel Good Program is taking place in Brisbane’s South Bank and the City from 27 January through to 28 March 2020. The 9-week term will feature a series of outdoor classes, ranging from low impact to high energy options -- including a new Bollywood dance class for 2020. The Live Better Morning is a one-off event taking place within the wider program.
