Enjoy a four course journey of culinary delights to complement and enhance the flavours of classic wines such as Penfolds Grange and Bin 707.
These wines, expertly cellared in our Wine cellar, have been personally chosen by Trevor to create this amazing opportunity of exploring food and wine with some of Australia’s most iconic wines.
Trevor Maskell has been in the food and wine industry for over 20years. Working as a sommelier with renowned Chef, Cheong Liew, at the Grange Restaurant in the Hilton International, Trevor won the Restaurant and Catering Awards Sommelier of the year in 2003 and 2006.
He has worked as Sommelier at famed restaurants, Penfolds Magill Estate Restaurant and Auge Ristorante. Trevor has travelled the world as a wine writer, speaker and lover of food and culture. He joined TAFESA in 2006, and has been a wine educator with TAFESA ever since. Since 2009, Trevor and TAFESA have partnered with The Adelaide Review to host the South Australia Hot 100wine competition, where Trevor has held the role of Chief Steward. He is proud to bring his love of food, wine and education to learners from all over the world.
