Social Sketching with Fran Callen at the Adelaide Central Market

Join award winning artist, Fran Callen, at the Adelaide Central Market for a fun evening of social live-sketching, while enjoying a delicious antipasto platter provided by Charcuterie at Lucia’s Fine Foods(stalls WR3 and WR4).

This sketching workshop will focus on the action of Central Market, drawing inspiration from the movement and moments around you and incorporating drawing materials from your surroundings, such as coffee, food, drinks and more.

No drawing experience is necessary, all you need is an open mind to what drawing and art can be.

Paper, pens, paint and other drawing materials will be provided but you are welcome to bring along anything else that you would like to incorporate into your sketches. 

Please meet your lecturer 10 minutes prior to the start time just inside Gouger Street entrance, near Zuma Caffe and the large seating area.

Please wear neat casual dress, closed footwear, and long hair tied back.
