Event Details

Tequila on Temperance is a food and beverage laneway celebration.

Atticus Hospitality Executive Chef, John Frid, has created a beautiful three course (5dish) Mexican inspired menu. Dine on this delicious menu in our Temperance Tunnel of Light whilst sipping on three, course matched Patron cocktails.

Patron Brand Ambassadors will be roaming the laneway for you to taste and learn everything Tequila!

Please note there are four seating times -12.00pm, 12.30pm, 3.00pm, and 3.30pm.

Tickets are $120 pp and includes a 3 course meal and 3 cocktails.

Course 1

Tasmanian Salmon Ceviche, morita salsa, toasted miso, sesame, yuzu soy.

Course 2

Ironbark Grilled Achiote Lamb Shoulder, salsa roja

Corn and Spinach Salad, lime, cilantro, spanish onion

Smoked Kipfler Potatoes, jalapeno crema

Course 3

Dark Chocolate Fondant, mandarin & blood orange sorbet, chocolate mousse
