Conditions of Entry

Entry and participation is subject to these Conditions of Entry and all instructions and rules provided by staff.

Limited capacity, bookings required. Access inside the Chadstone Santa Experience is for pre-bookings only & permitted for your allocated booking time selected during 1pm November 6, 2019 to 5pm December 24, 2019. All entrants must hold a valid booking upon entry. One ticket entitles one family group access to the booked session. 

All Entrants under the age of 16 must be accompanied and supervised by parent or guardian at all times and receive parent or guardian permission to participate.

Chadstone's Santa Experience is fully wheelchair accessible. Speak to one of the friendly team members for assistance.

Note that all entrants should arrive 5 minutes prior to their allocated booking time. If you have missed your booked session time we will try to slot you in if there is a gap, but unfortunately if you missed your session there is no guarantee that we can fit you in to another session. There are no refunds for missed sessions.

No food or drinks are permitted inside the Santa Photography experience.
