For the February edition of Taste Dining Experiences Sydney presented by Diners Club, Sydney’s nel. Restaurant will play host to Simon Davies, the ex. Executive Chef of Chicago’s three-Michelin starred Alinea restaurant, for one night only on Thursday 20 February.
The dinner at nel. Restaurant will be Davies’ first global appearance after announcing he will be leaving Alinea in 2020.
Alinea has been named the Best Restaurant in America three times and is the only restaurant in Chicago (and one of only 12 in the US) to earn the highly coveted Michelin three-star rating.

$195+ $3 booking fee per person includes an 8 course degustation, two complimentary Tanqueray Gin cocktails and Sapporo beer. Wine pairing will be available on the night at an additional cost.
